Disabilities are no longer keeping Carlos Framer and Cathy Evangelista from being full participants in life. Farmer went from sitting on the couch to working at a packaging center, and Evangelista, has worked her way up to being a greeter at a Meijer store. Through the Anixter Center they are now bringing home paychecks and contributing to the community. They are learning to use computers and take public transportation; things most people take for granted.
