Mental Health Care

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

“MORE GOOD DAYS TOGETHER”

Mental Health matters every day, not just in May.
Life can get pretty overwhelming sometimes. And, in our everyday hustle, it’s easy to forget how important it is to take time out to pause and check in with ourselves (and others). That’s why May’s Mental Health Awareness Month matters so much. It invites all of us to pause, slow down, reach out, and spotlight something that affects every single one of us – our mental well-being.

May offers us a reminder to reduce stigma, spark honest conversations,
and share information and resources.

Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Mental health is part of our everyday lives, quietly affecting how we feel, how we relate to others,
and how we show up, and paying attention to it is a year-round necessity. Always remember
h
elp is available from professionals, loved ones, and confidential helplines.
