Samantha Handley

President and CEO

Samantha joined Anixter Center as President and CEO in October 2022, bringing with her an
extensive background in clinical program management and operational excellence.

Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and received her master’s in counseling from West Virginia University.

After graduation, Samantha began her career working with dually diagnosed clients as a case
manager, quickly advancing to Team Leader and then to Program Director. She served in a variety of leadership roles at agencies across the United States, with a focus on mental health treatment,
substance use disorder treatment, and employment programs.

Before joining Anixter Center, Sam served as the Director of Human Resources and Program Content at Trilogy Behavioral Health Services. She was promoted to Executive VP and COO, before
assuming the role of Trilogy’s President at Trilogy in 2019. Under Samantha’s leadership, Trilogy’s
budget and client base increased tenfold.

As Anixter Center’s President and CEO, Samantha is a decisive leader, with a strong focus on
strategy, culture, and values.
