
Kristin E. Williams, M.A., LCPC, QIDP
Director of Philanthropy
Kristin has served as Director of Philanthropy since November 2023, where she leads strategic
fundraising initiatives to advance the organization’s mission of supporting individuals with disabilities. With a deep passion for community engagement and a strong background in nonprofit leadership, Kristin oversees donor relations, major gifts, grant management, and special events, ensuring sustainable growth and meaningful impact.
Since 2015, Kristin has held various leadership roles at Anixter Center, including Director of Project Management and Director of Mental Health Residential and Outreach Services. Her experience at Anixter Center, coupled with her understanding of mental health services and non-profit operations, enables her to effectively engage with donors and secure support for Anixter Center's mission.
Kristin holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Art Therapy from
Adler University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Purdue University. She is a Licensed Clinical
Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).
Kristin is committed to fostering transformational philanthropy at Anixter Center to ensure that
individuals of all abilities have access to the necessary resources and support for their growth and success.
