Mary McDonnell is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of McDonnell & Associates,
a strategic consulting firm focused on the capital markets industry. She brings extensive
financial expertise and leadership experience to the Anixter Center Board of Directors
and has served as Chairman and Treasurer in her 14 years as a Director.

After semi-retiring, Mary was recruited to join the Board by Anixter Center’s former
Chairman, who recognized the value of her financial acumen and experience. A strong
believer in giving back to the community, Mary is committed to supporting individuals
in need and contributing to organizations that make a meaningful difference in people’s
lives.

In addition to serving on the Anixter Center Board of Directors, Mary serves as a
Public Director of the National Futures Association.
