CHS Pickleball Tournament

The CHS Pickleball Tournament is returning in Fall 2026 for an unforgettable day of play, connection, and community! This high-energy event supports Chicago Hearing Society (CHS), a division of Anixter Center, which provides comprehensive services for Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals across Chicagoland and beyond!
Join us as a player, sponsor, or simply to gather with friends to watch for a day that is as meaningful as it is fun. Funds raised make it possible for CHS to provide domestic violence counseling, mentoring for families with Deaf children, hearing aids for individuals with low income, early literacy programming, and so much more. Last year, this event generated $15,000 in vital support — and we look forward to growing that impact!

THE ANIXTER EXPERIENCE: THE MAGIC CONTINUES
From the moment guests walked through the doors, there was a sense that this would be more than a celebration—it would be a night of possibility. The room came alive with laughter, connection, and moments of wonder as flair bartenders, aerial performers, and magicians created an experience that felt both magical and meaningful.
Throughout the evening, guests gathered over exceptional food, and interactive games and enthusiastically participated in the silent and live auctions, as well as a paddle raise—all in support of expanding opportunity and creating lasting impact.
One of the most powerful moments of the evening came through a moving impact video featuring stories from across Anixter Center’s programs. In addition, Anixter Center proudly honored Jim Sisk, our board member with the 2026 Impact Leader Award and recognized longtime corporate partner BMO with the 2026 Impact Award. Together, these stories reminded everyone in the room why this work matters: inclusion changes lives, community creates belonging, and meaningful progress begins when people come together to invest in one another.
As the evening came to a close, there was a shared feeling of inspiration and momentum—along with one sentiment heard again and again:
“We can’t wait to do it again next year.”

Anixter Ambassador Event
SIP, SIGN & SUPPORT: BUILDING CONNECTIONS, CREATING IMPACT
From the moment guests arrived at the HUB, Anixter Center’s 24×7 drop-in mental health center in Uptown, for our inaugural Sip, Sign & Support, hosted by Anixter’s Ambassador Board, the evening was filled with energy, connection, and purpose. Friends, supporters, community partners, and advocates came together to engage in meaningful conversations and celebrate the power of inclusion. Throughout the evening, guests experienced firsthand how Anixter is transforming lives as they learned about our three core service lines. One of the evening’s most memorable moments was a presentation from Chicago Hearing Society, which offered guests a deeper understanding of Deaf culture, American Sign Language, accessibility, and the lived experiences of the Deaf community.
As the evening came to a close, there was a shared sense of excitement for whatlies ahead. To our Ambassador Board, Board of Directors, corporate partners including Wintrust and BMO, our generous in-kind sponsors Vesta Preferred Realty and Grey Goose Vodka, our donors, volunteers, community partners, staff, and everyone who joined us — thank you for making our first Sip, Sign & Support such a meaningful success.
