
Bridget Glavaz
Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships
Bridget joined the Anixter Center in 2022 as a strategic consultant and assumed the role of Senior Director, Branding, Communications, and Strategic Partnerships in 2024. In this capacity, she
oversees Anixter Center’s brand across four service lines, manages internal and external communications, change management, and strategic partnerships.
Bridget spearheaded the implementation of the After 22 program in collaboration with Chicago City Colleges. This pioneering transition program for students with developmental disabilities was initially piloted in March 2022 with ten students and has since expanded to include over fifty-four participants, opening doors for students to learn and practice work-life readiness skills with a growing number of Chicago employers.
Prior to her tenure at Anixter Center, Bridget held senior communication positions in the healthcare, banking, and telecommunications sectors, where she co-developed strategic communication plans with executive teams to navigate complex organizational transformations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Change Communications from DePaul University and a Certificate in Executive Strategy Leadership from Loyola University. Additionally, she is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Bridget is committed to developing leadership and organizational communication strategies that
effectively articulate Anixter Center’s vision and priorities, ensuring that colleagues are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with Anixter Center’s objectives.
