Bobbie A. Moore

Vice President of Human Resources

Bobbie has led Anixter Center's Human Resources function since January 2025. In her role as Vice President, she oversees talent management, benefits, and compensation, as well as union and employee relations. With more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations, Bobbie has extensive knowledge in strategic thinking, planning, and analytics; her focus is on developing an equitable and inclusive workforce at Anixter Center.

Bobbie holds an MBA in business administration from Roosevelt University with an emphasis in Human Resources, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in African American Studies from Chicago State University and is currently taking Executive Education courses at Northwestern University’s Center for Nonprofit Management. Bobbie is affiliated with the Chicago Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (Chicago SHRM), SHRM Executive Network, and the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of African American Human Resources Management (NAAAHR).
