At the heart of the home is a bright, open-concept living area lined with large windows that bathe the space in natural light throughout the day. The open layout was intentionally designed with clear sightlines, supporting the visual communication that Deaf and DeafBlind residents and caregiving staff rely on — whether signing across the room or simply maintaining a clear line of sight to a friend during conversation.

The home’s expanded kitchen is more than a place to prepare meals — it’s designed as a natural gathering space where residents and staff can come together while food is being prepared. The kitchen features brand-new appliances, and the home has been newly furnished, creating a fresh, comfortable, and dignified living space from day one.
