Senior Advisor, Health Management Associates 

I spent the early part of my career leading Medicaid and Medicare programs for health plans throughout the Midwest. For the past seven years, I have leveraged that experience in Medicaid and Medicare policy, health plan operations, and program development to serve clients as a healthcare consultant. I am especially proud of developing and implementing healthcare programs for individuals eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid (dual eligibles), including lower-income older adults and people with disabilities, helping to improve access to care, health outcomes, and overall quality of life. 

My brother, Chris, who has an intellectual disability, has been one of the greatest inspirations in my life. His experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the importance of services, supports, and opportunities that enable people to live fulfilling and independent lives. I joined the board of Anixter Center because I believe strongly in its mission to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and communication barriers. My professional experience working within Medicare and Medicaid systems has provided me with valuable insight into organizations like Anixter, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to its strategic direction, operations, and commitment to quality services.

I have been a longtime supporter of Special Olympics and remain passionate about creating opportunities for inclusion, achievement, and community engagement for people with disabilities. Through both my professional and volunteer efforts, I am committed to advancing programs and partnerships that improve lives and strengthen communities.
