Eric T. Gastevich, II
Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Capari Partners
Eric T. Gastevich, II is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Capari Partners, a Chicago-based consulting firm that helps nonprofits and social-impact organizations build resilience and sustainable growth. Before founding Capari, he spent nearly 20 years in product management, strategy, and business development roles across startups and Fortune 500 companies, and holds an MBA from DePaul University.
He recently developed the Chicago Social Impact Atlas, a free interactive map designed to make Chicago’s nonprofit sector more visible and accessible to funders, policymakers, and the public.
Eric’s connection to Anixter is personal. The organization provided invaluable support to his family as they navigated care decisions for his aunt with disabilities. Inspired by that experience—and following in the footsteps of his father, who also served on the board—Eric is glad to continue that connection as a board member.
Eric also serves as a Partner with Social Venture Partners Chicago, on the board of Near North Montessori School, and on the advisory board of DePaul University’s Coleman Entrepreneurship Center. A lifelong Chicagoan, he enjoys biking with his kids around the city, urban birdwatching, and following the NBA and Formula One.
