Elizabeth M. May is Director of Human Resource Partnership at Wintrust Financial. With a career spanning both commercial banking and human resources, she has held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Northern Trust, and Wintrust Financial. Her expertise includes talent acquisition, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational design, and nonprofit engagement.

A strong believer in giving back, Elizabeth’s commitment to service was shaped by family values, early involvement with Chicago Special Children’s Charities, and personal experience supporting a family member with disabilities. She is honored to support Anixter Center’s mission and the individuals and families it serves.

Elizabeth and her longtime partner, Mike, enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially outdoors and at the beach.
