With nearly two decades of experience representing Fortune 500 employers in high-profile employment matters, my practice includes litigating class, collective, and individual labor and employment claims in courts and administrative agencies across the country, advising employers on proactive and compliant employment strategies, conducting internal investigations, and advising on Executive-level employment concerns, including employment contracts, discipline, and termination decisions. I am an active speaker and writer who is particularly interested in the employment implications of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, in the field of employment law.  

My mother was an educator with a Ph.D. in special education. I have been deeply invested in Anixter Center for over a decade. I became inspired to join the Board after seeing the extent of Anixter’s impact in the Chicago community while facilitating pro bono legal services through my law firm, Jones Day.  

I am an avid reader and movie lover who enjoys spending time with my family and supporting my kids, ages 8 to 14, as they thrive in various activities.
