VOLUNTEER FORM

Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer with Anixter Center. Becoming a volunteer will allow you to use your talents to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities. All volunteer applicants are required to go through a background check prior to being accepted as a volunteer.

For group projects, we kindly request a $500 minimum donation to Anixter Center on behalf of your organization to help offset staff time spent with your group.

Please fill out the form and our volunteer coordinator will contact you.
