Terms & Exceptions

1. Trip must be redeemed by December 15th, 2024.
2. This certificate is valid for a 8-day, 7-night stay in a Master Room at The Grand Mayan at any of the following destinations: Los Cabos, Riviera Maya, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Peñasco and Acapulco. Master Room units accommodates up to 2 adults. and 2 children 12 and under. Upgrades available for an additional charge and subject to availability.
3. Reservations are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
4. This certificate is non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel must be booked within 12 months, and travel completed within 18 months.
5. When checking in at the resort the certificate holder must present government issued identification, a valid credit card, and confirmation of the reservation.
6. Certificate must be activated by calling toll free 1.877.278.2142.
7. Certificate is valid for a single visit and is limited to one per household. Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or certificate. The certificate is not redeemable for cash or credit. This certificate may not be used by current or former members of any participating resort or their affiliated resorts.
8. Be aware that the Resort has the right to refuse any certificate that has been tampered with or altered in any way.
9. Reservations can be made a maximum of twelve months in advance and are subject to availability. Accommodations for nights included in this certificate must be used consecutively.
10. A resort fee applies for $11 USD per night, includes unlimited internet service, local calls, fitness center access and one-way airport transportation to the hotel.
11. This certificate is for accommodations only and does not include food, beverages, amenities or other items. Taxes and other charges may apply.
12. This certificate is a one-time benefit and additional certificates may not be used by the holder or any direct family member or member of the holder´s household.
