As we embark on another Women’s History Month, I find myself deeply inspired by the
remarkable women who advocate tirelessly for equity, diversity, and inclusion within our
organization. At Anixter Center, our mission is clear: to empower people with disabilities to lead
fulfilling lives, and at the heart of this mission lies a commitment to creating a workplace culture
that fosters equality and celebrates diversity in all its forms.

Throughout history, women have been at the forefront of movements for social change,
challenging the status quo and advocating for a more just and inclusive society. This year’s
Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion theme resonates deeply with our
values and the work we do at Anixter Center. From our boardroom to our front lines, women are
driving progress, breaking down barriers, and championing the rights of individuals with
disabilities.

As the CEO of Anixter Center, I am privileged to witness firsthand the incredible contributions of
the women within our organization. They are the architects of our diversity and inclusion
initiatives, leading by example and inspiring others to join our mission. Whether through our
employment programs, advocacy efforts, or community outreach, these women are making a
tangible difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their
fullest potential.

This Women’s History Month, let us take this opportunity to celebrate and honor the women of
Anixter Center leading the charge for equity, diversity, and inclusion. Their dedication, passion,
and unwavering commitment to our mission are truly awe-inspiring, and I am grateful to work
alongside them every day.

As we reflect on the achievements of women throughout history, let us also recommit ourselves
to the work that lies ahead. Let us continue to advocate for a more inclusive society where
everyone, regardless of ability, is valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. Together, we
can build a brighter future for all.

To the women of Anixter Center and beyond, I extend my deepest gratitude for your tireless
advocacy, your unwavering courage, and your relentless pursuit of a more just and equitable
world. Your efforts are truly making a difference, and I am honored to stand alongside you in
this important work.

As we celebrate Women’s History Month, let us remember the words of Maya Angelou: “Each
time a woman stands up for herself, she stands up for all women.” Together, let us stand up,
speak out, and continue to make history.
